Safina Party leader Jimi Wanjigi has criticised the United Opposition’s proposed “People’s Budget”, arguing that it closely mirrors the government’s approach to taxation, debt and borrowing.
Speaking to the media in Nairobi, Wanjigi said the proposals would do little to address the challenges facing ordinary Kenyans and urged opposition leaders to present alternative solutions that would meaningfully improve people’s lives.
